Our elbow support is designed with a contoured shape that fits snugly around the elbow, providing maximum stability and compression. The elastic material allows for full range of motion, while still providing support where it's needed most. The adjustable straps ensure a secure and customized fit, so you can wear it comfortably for hours on end.
Instructions
1. Slide your arm into the elbow sleeve and gently pull it up over your forearm until it is positioned around your elbow.
2. Make sure that the elbow sleeve is centered around your elbow joint and that the open end of the sleeve is at the bottom of your arm.
3. Gently tug the sleeve up over your elbow until it is comfortably snug. Be careful not to pull too hard or you may damage the material.
4. Adjust the elbow sleeve if needed, making sure that it is comfortably snug around your elbow and that it is in the correct position.
5. Once the elbow sleeve is in place, make sure that it is not too tight and that you can move your arm freely. You should feel a comfortable level of compression and support, but not so much that it restricts your movement.
Care
Gently washed in soapy, cold water and air dried after being rinsed thoroughly.
