Plantar Fasciitis Boot
Description
Description
Plantar Fasciitis Foot Support helps relieve morning heel and foot pain associated with the symptoms of plantar fasciitis when worn overnight. It comfortably holds the foot in the suggested therapeutic position throughout the night and is made of breathable, lightweight materials for added comfort. The support can be worn on the right or left foot, and with or without socks.
Instructions
1. Loosen the calf straps within the slots on the shell and unfasten the heel straps to provide enough room to pass the foot into and through the footbed.
2. Slide the foot into the brace until the toes reach the end of the footbed. The toes should not extend past the toe strap.
3. Secure the brace to the foot by first adjusting the foot straps as necessary, being careful to maintain a gentle and comfortable tightening around the foot. Do not over-tighten the foot straps.
4. Position the shell against the shin and apply the calf straps to secure the brace comfortably.
5. Fasten the heel straps, being sure to center the heel of the foot into the heel strap opening as illustrated. Do not over-tighten the heel straps.
Care
Hand wash each part separately with warm water and mild soap. Rinse well and allow to air dry. Towel dry the plastic component. Do not machine wash, dry clean, tumble dry, or use bleach or fabric softener.
