"1. Slide your foot into the knee sleeve and gently pull it up over your ankle and calf until it is positioned around your knee.
2. Make sure that the knee sleeve is centered around your knee joint and that the open end of the sleeve is at the bottom of your knee cap.
3. Gently tug the sleeve up over your knee until it is comfortably snug. Be careful not to pull too hard or you may damage the material.
4. Adjust the knee sleeve if needed, ensuring that it is comfortably snug around your knee and in the correct position.
5. Once the knee sleeve is in place, make sure that it is not too tight and that you can move your knee freely. You should feel comfortable with compression and support, but not so much that it restricts your movement."
Gently washed in soapy, cold water and air dried after being rinsed thoroughly.
