Hot/Cold Adjustable Knee/Ankle Support

Description

The Hot/Cold knee and ankle support is a support that has an adjustable strap for optimal compression. 

Instructions

1. Slide your foot into the ankle sleeve and gently pull it up over your ankle until it is positioned around your ankle. 2. Make sure that the ankle sleeve is centered around your ankle joint and the heel is placed in the hole. 3. Gently tug the sleeve up over your ankle until it is comfortably snug. Be careful not to pull too hard or you may damage the material. 4. Adjust the ankle sleeve if needed, making sure that it is comfortably snug around your ankle and that it is in the correct position. 5. Once the ankle sleeve is in place, make sure that it is not too tight and that you can move your foot freely. You should feel a comfortable level of compression and support, but not so much that it restricts your movement.

Care

Hand wash with mild soap in warm water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean or use bleach or fabric softener.
