Instructions for Instant Cold Activation: If your instant + reusable gel pack has not been activated for the first time, it will feel grainy. To activate instant cold, twist the gel pack at the center back and forth until the gel pack feels cold to the touch.

Instructions for Reusable Cold: If your instant + reusable gel pack has already been activated for the first time, it will feel like it is filled with gel. To reuse your gel pack with cold, place in your freezer for two hours. You can store your gel pack in the freezer after it has been activated for re-application.

Instructions for Reusable Heat: If your instant + reusable gel pack has already been activated for the first time, it will feel like it is filled with gel. To reuse your gel pack with heat, place in your microwave for 60 seconds on high. Your gel pack should be warm to the touch, not hot. If you need to heat longer, put in microwave for 15 second intervals. Do not exceed 120 seconds total time. Start heating when gel pack is at room temperature. WARNING: Never heat a gel pack that has not been activated for instant cold.
