This copper infused sleeve offers targeted compression to support the knee. The contoured design provides a customized fit no matter how you move. The comfortable non-slip elastic keeps the sleeve in place and the anti-odor technology wicks away moisture and odor. Sleeves include a silicone inlay to prevent slippage.
Instructions
1. Slide your foot into the knee sleeve and gently pull it up over your ankle and calf until it is positioned around your knee.
2. Make sure that the knee sleeve is centered around your knee joint.
3. Gently tug the sleeve up over your knee until it is comfortably snug. Be careful not to pull too hard or you may damage the material.
4. Adjust the knee sleeve if needed, ensuring that it is comfortably snug around your knee and in the correct position.
5. Once the knee sleeve is in place, make sure that it is not too tight and that you can move your knee freely. You should feel comfortable with compression and support, but not so much that it restricts your movement.
Measure the full circumference approximately 5” above the thigh. 17.5-19”
Care
Hand wash with mild soap in warm water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean or use bleach or fabric softener.
