Ankle Support - Women's
Description
Description
Overall, our woman's ankle support is designed to help reduce pain, prevent injury, and support the ankle joint during physical activity or sports. It can be used for a variety of conditions such as sprains, strains, and chronic ankle instability. It's important to consult with a healthcare professional to determine the appropriate type and fit of ankle support for your individual needs.
Instructions
1. Slide your foot into the ankle brace and gently pull it up over your ankle until it is positioned around your ankle.
2. Make sure that the ankle brace is centered around your ankle joint, and the heel is placed in the hole.
3. Wrap the strap arpund the ankle and secure with the velcro closure.
4. Adjust the ankle brace if needed, making sure that it is comfortably snug around your ankle and that it is in the correct position.
5. Once the ankle brace is in place, make sure that it is not too tight and that you can move your foot freely. You should feel a comfortable level of compression and support, but not so much that it restricts your movement.
Care
Hand wash with mild soap in warm water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean or use bleach or fabric softener.
