This copper infused sleeve offers targeted compression to support the ankle. The contoured design provides a customized fit no matter how you move. The comfortable non-slip elastic keeps the sleeve in place and the anti-odor technology wicks away moisture and odor. Sleeves include a silicone inlay to prevent slippage
"1. Slide your foot into the ankle sleeve and gently pull it up over your ankle until it is positioned around your ankle. 2. Make sure that the ankle sleeve is centered around your ankle joint, and the heel is placed in the hole. 3. Gently tug the sleeve up over your ankle until it is comfortably snug. Be careful not to pull too hard or you may damage the material. 4. Adjust the ankle sleeve if needed, making sure that it is comfortably snug around your ankle and that it is in the correct position. 5. Once the ankle sleeve is in place, make sure that it is not too tight and that you can move your foot freely. You should feel a comfortable level of compression and support, but not so much that it restricts your movement."
Hand wash with mild soap in warm water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean or use bleach or fabric softener.
