(June 15, 2017) -- Life Wear Technologies, the manufacturer of CryoMAX 8-hour cold packs, has teamed with YuKan Sports to offer free cold packs at two North Shore, Massachusetts road races this summer.
Life Wear will be at the Park River Half Marathon July 9 in Byfield and the Triple Threat 1 mile, 5K and half marathon in Rockport August 6. Participants can receive a free cold pack, already frozen, by visiting the CryoMAX bus, a 40-foot Winnebago branded with all of Life Wear’s products.
The CryoMAX bus is traveling around the country, distributing free cold packs at local road races, triathlons and other sporting events. The tour, which started in April, will visit more than 30 cities, educating consumers on CryoMAX’s patented technology that delivers soothing, therapeutic cold for up to 8 hours.
YuKan sports offers eight half marathons throughout the year, drawing thousands of runners throughout the North Shore.
